Design Summary

Initial Meeting

Our design process begins with meeting you and learning your desires and interests in a new home. This is also an ideal time to show any sketches or photos you may have. The final design of the home must capture everything you want in your new home so communication is of utmost importance.

Site Meeting

The site visit helps us to further understand your needs and desires in your home. At this time we will discuss important details such as drainage, orientation, utility sources, driveway and garage locations, site boundaries etc. Final site selection on your lot will need to be determined before final designs are complete.

Design Process

We can take as little as a sketch of a home plan to begin our design process. We will assist you in the design phase in order to capture your ideas and ensure that the home meets state and local codes. We use our architectural software to prepare a set of professional working drawings which include:

-Elevations
-Foundation Plan
-Floor Plans
-Electrical Plans
-Notes and Specifications

As we design your home, we will update you with drawing revisions for your approval. These revisions can be faxed or emailed to you.
